William T. Pike "Bill" William Pike passed away at the age of 68 on March 1st, 2020 at North Memorial Hospital in Robinsdale, Minn. Survived by his wife Colleen (Haslatt) Pike of Dora Lake, MN Daughter Brandie (Chris) Champa of Chisholm, MN Son Troy (Jessie) Pike of Bigfork, MN Son in law Stuart Sonstegard of Longville, Mn His grandchildren; Casandra Sonstegard of Bemidji, MN Jozlyn and Syera Champa of Chisholm, MN Greanlee, Kennidee, Harlee and Kacee Pike of Keewatin, MN Step grandchildren; Americiss Rushman of Deer River, MN Hermioney and James Olson of Bigfork, MN Ashton Hashey of Duluth, MN Brothers Tom (Reta) Pike John (t Tami)Pike of Florida Sisters Pauline Kahana(Pike) of Chisholm,MN Tina(David) Groman of Florida And many neices and nephews preceded by: Parents William & Cora (Inez)Pike Brother Roy Pike Sister Inez Leone Alferez Sisgter Mona Pike Daughter Jessine Lee Pike(Sonstegard) Grandson Jeffery Dillon Sonstegard He was born on November 20th, 1951 in Fresno,California. After graduating high school in Fresno in 1969 he was drafted into the army. After completing basic training at the age of 19 from Fort Ord in CA. He was stationed in Fort Carson Colorado Springs, Colorado; where he met his wonderful wife Colleen. After only 2 months they were married on March 11, 1972. They stayed together until he passed almost 48 years later. Being deployed to Vietnam once, then stationed in Germany twice. Then back to Colorado and Indiana. When he retired at the age of 39 in 1991 from Fort Benning, Georgia. Then he moved to northern Minnesota with his family. in 1998 he attended Itasca community College. He gradguated with honors in 2000, recieved his associate in Applied Science Degree for accounting. He then worked as payroll in retirement for Leech lake gaming.  Bill volunteered as a drive for Itasca County,  he mostly enjoyed fishing and camping and hunting were his two biggest favorite things to do besides enjoyed being with his family.
