Obituary

Sherri L. (Burman) Jerry, 74, Deer River, MN passed away peacefully as the spirits had accepted their gift on February 1, 2023 at home in Deer River, MN. Sherri was born November 30, 1948 in Bigfork where she laughed and played with her family. She graduated from Bigfork High School in June 2, 1966. Sherri was united in marriage to Richard Jerry in June 28, 2002. She was a devoted wife and homemaker and employee of many different companies and Retired from White Oak Casino in 2015 after 15 years. She enjoyed genealogy, video gaming, and found solace in reading a great many books.

Preceded in death by her parents Olive Jensen & Irvin Burman

Survived by her husband Richard, two brothers Danny and Tim, daughter Karen, her step children; David, Douglas, Duncan, Dorian, May, Eddy, Sherry, Tina, Rose, Dan, and Becky, her many cherished grandchildren; Babylonia, Tatum, Aubrey, Lola, Mila, Aricka, Justin, Christina, Charles, Robert, Matthew, Johnathan, Sarah, Christopher, Michael, Gabriel, Hanna and her great grand children; Zander, Azaliah, Dominik, Logan, Roseland, Lilly, Little Robert, Preston and Grayson all of which she considered her bundles of joy.

Sherri reminds us: those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard but always near, so loved, so missed, so very dear.
