Growing up around the cities, and even the Duluth area, Tater's favorite place was living in Cha Cha with her grandma Maggie, uncles, and brother.

Tater loved to spend time with her grannies. She graduated from Bugonaygeshig, and Leech Lake Tribal College. Like every Minnesotan, she loved spending time on the lake, fishing, or in the woods exploring, trapping or just spending time with her family. When Pat wasn't outdoors, she would be at home gardening, spending time in her she-shed, or out with her many friends whom she adored. If there was ever a celebration to be had, you could count on Tater, to decorate for the occasion. She enjoyed making everyone happy no matter where she was. During the summers, you would find Tater at yard sales finding craft supplies, collecting knick knack, patty wacks, or giving Sis a bone. Sis was her dog, one of many animals she loved and had throughout her life. Tater was a mother figure to many in the communities. Working within the community for 16 years at LL Youth Division. Where she made the biggest impact by providing youth with a summer filled with safe activities. Wake and Funeral service will be held at Inger Community Center.
