Michael Joseph Mount, age 43, of Talmoon, MN passed away at his home with his loving wife by his side. Michael was born in Kanabec County, Mora, MN to Amy (Frye) Tendrup and Tracy Mount. He went on to meet the love of his life, Mitzy (Jean) Marie (Plieseis) Mount, and they were married on October 20, 2007. When Michael wasn’t working, he loved to spend the majority of his free time fishing, hunting, or doing other outdoor activities with his family. Michael always had stories to tell and touched every soul of every person he came into contact with. He is re-known to his family for the very best ever, all-embracing hugs.

Michael is preceded in death by his loving father Albert J Tendrup and many other family members and friends.

Michael is survived by: his wife Mitzy Mount; his children, Logan (Chasun), Andrea (Marty), Garren (Ally), and Melinda (Alex); grandchildren Avery, Paisley, Lola, Jozie, Ellen, and Kinsley; his mother Amy (Frye) Tendrup; his brothers Travis and Brock (Terri); grandparents Dale and Margaret Frye; his Godmother Pamela Frye; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, other family members, and loving friends.

An outdoor Celebration of Michaels’ Life will be held at 38491 Jarva Road Bigfork MN 56628 on Saturday, April 17 at 2 PM. Bring camping chairs and weather-related gear. Flannel shirts and bandanas recommended in “Michael Style.”
