Marion (Mickey) Trudel
Loving wife, mother, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother. There are not enough words to express our grief at the passing of our beloved Mickey, she will forever live in our hearts ~ The Trudel Family.
Mickey passed away peacefully surrounded by family on March 12, 2026, at the age of 83. A gathering will be held at Comstock Court, Deer River, at 2;00 p.m. on March 21st, 2026.
Marion L. Howsen was born on August 13, 1942, in Deer-River, Mn, to Raymond and Helen (Chidester) Howsen. She later married F. Burke Trudel (64 years) and had 5 children Buck (Katy) Trudel, David (Beckie) Trudel, Denise Trudel, Tom (Becky) Trudel, and Rochelle (Shelly) Trudel.
Mickey was a bus driver for dist. 317 for 32 years. She was a proud member of the VFW Auxiliary for many years. Her passion for sewing persisted into retirement as she was a part of Hearts for Hands, 5th Tuesday, Northwoods Quilters, and Stop and Stitch quilting clubs. She also enjoyed watching her Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren Daniel, Nicola, Josh, Burke (Twiggy), Tyler, KayLynn, Jasmine, Jaxson, Greycen, Lane, Avery, and Dawson as they were growing up.
In lieu of flowers Mickey's family requests that people to donate to their favorite charity.
