Kristi is survived by her husband of 19 years Paul Gustafson, she leaves behind her children: Kyle (Kandis) Gilbert, Jillien Gilbert, Julia (Randy) Collins and Jaren Gustafson. Five grandchildren: Kiley and Aiden Gilbert. Olaf and Odin Gilbert. Wrenely Collins. Siblings: Mike, Tony, Larry, and Jerry Kaczor. Multiple nephews, nieces and cousins.

Kristi wore several hats throughout the years, she was a dental assistant for many years in Austin, MN, once she moved her family back to her hometown of Bigfork she was also a secretary for real estate company for some time, and then worked at Bigfork Valley Hospital since December of 2009 to present. Kristi enjoyed most of all spending time with her family, camping, family trips and holidays were her absolute favorite. She had many hobbies such as her time involved in the theater and acting. Coaching cheerleading and watching her children play sports throughout many years. Listening to music, singing and especially loved listening to Jaren play the guitar. She relaxed by scrapbooking, reading, sewing, watching her cooking shows, baking and cooking. In the winter she enjoyed sledding with her kids and spoke fondly of her memories fishing with her Dad growing up.
