Kevin F. Kirk

Kevin F. Kirk, 73 Passed away unexpectedly on November 11th, 2024, at his happy place in Boy River, MN.

Kevin was born in Princeton, MN on August 31st, 1951, to Lester and Lorraine Kirk and was raised in Dayton, MN. Kevin lived his best life hunting, fishing, making crafts, woodworking, and making his famous jam. He enjoyed baseball, anything hockey, and of course Alabama football ROLLTIDE! His next greatest joy was talking and storytelling. He had the gift to gab. We will miss his never-ending stories and out of this world jam.

His greatest pride and joy were his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Kevin is survived by his children Nicole (Randy) Ivesdal, Kelly (Jeff) Wylie, Cory, and Becky. Grandchildren, Taylor, Tanya (Blake) Haliburton, Morgan, Tanner, Abby, Violet, Rosalie, Lydia (and their mother Kristina), Trey, Nevaeh, and Jaydin. Great Grandchildren, Harlee, Cadeyn, and Kane. Brothers Gene (Linda), Bruce (Claudia), Sisters Margaret Kanuit, Patti (Bill) McCann, Ellen Beecher, Paula (John) Duffey, and Chris Peterson. And many nieces and nephews.

Kevin is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Tom and Robert, Brother-in-laws William Kanuit, and Jeff Peterson, and his sister-in-law Barb.

A celebration of life is planned on January 24th, 2025, at the Dayton Activity Center from 3:00pm-7:00pm. We request that you wear anything Alabama (ROLLTIDE) football or Hobo Day attire. Dayton Activity Center Address: 18461 Dayton St. Dayton MN, 55327
