John was a kind and loving man, he worked as a heavy equipment operator and after was a handy man around Moose Lake where he built his dream home. He was one with nature whether it was his animals he raised at home (horses, dogs, cat, goat, pigs, chickens and a blind calf raised up), even the wild deer that came up to him and let him pet him. Every opportunity he had was out on the lake fishing and baking in the sun. On a relaxing afternoon he would play cribbage with loved ones. His favorite places to hangout inside included the casino and the VFW with friends. He is loved and will be missed by all his family and friends.
