Debby Rasley Obituary

Debby Lynn Rasley, 70, Deer River, passed away peacefully on January 1st, 2022 after a brief battle with covid at Essentia Health Deer River.

Born February 7th, 1951 in Seattle WA, she moved to Deer River as a baby when her parents, Larry & Jan adopted her. In her younger years, she traveled the U.S. working for the carnival returning to Deer River in the early 2000’s to be near family.

Debby was preceded in death by her parents, Larry Rasley and Janice Sandland, sister Ellen Rasley.

Debby is survived by a daughter, Tami Wepsala. Sisters, Marilyn Lundeen, Linda (John) O’Brien, Holly Rasley. Brothers, Harry (Marla) Rasley and Tom (Renay) Rasley. Several grandchildren nieces and nephews. and special friend, and caregiver, Becky Trudel.

A Celebration of Debby’s Life will be held at a later date.
