Christopher Bear Sherman

Christopher Bear Sherman, age 44, began his journey to the spirit world on September 10, 2022 in Fargo, ND.

Christopher was born and spent the early years of his childhood in St. Paul, MN and moved to Bena, MN as a pre-teen; he lived there for a majority of his life. He spent the last few remaining years of his life residing in Fargo, ND. He had many hobbies some of which included: airbrush painting, collecting movies, and looking at the sky with his telescope. He loved to spend time with his family and friends playing cards and board games.

He attended school at the Bug O Nay Ge Shig School and was employed at Doyle’s Yellow Checker Cab, Inc. and his dream was to become a semi-truck driver.

Christopher is survived by his father David Smith, grandmother Shirley Young, brothers; Anthony Walfoort and Nicholas Sherman, sisters; Rachel Walfoort, Sarah Walfoort and Cassondra Lunde, special niece Chloe, special friend Lacey Culver and daughters Meeka and Becca Smith, numerous aunts, uncles nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother Wanda Sherman, twin sons Michael and Derrick Sherman Davis and daughter Hannah Fairbanks.
