Wilma “Billy” Parham Wilma “Billy” Parham born July 12th 1924 in Eureka, Illinois; passed on November 7th 2018, to be with her beloved husband William “Bill” Parham, whom she lost in 1976. Survived by two daughters, Janice and Judy; a son-in-law Robert; a sister, Susan; four amazing grandsons, Chris, Peter, Ryan and Corey; and seven wonderful great grandchildren, Milo, Dylan, Taylor, Connor, Indiana, Zachary and Nathan. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 30 at 12 noon at Bethany Lutheran Church, 33297 MN-6, Deer River, MN 56636. Burial will follow at Pine Ridge Cemetery. The family will greet friends and family following the service at the church.
