Ves Berzins age 74 lost his battle to cancer on Sept. 15,2019 in Bigfork MN. He moved his family from W. St Paul, Mn to Bigfork in 1980 where they owned and operated Antler Lodge for nearly 40 years. He always enjoyed sharing stories at the bar and offering advice when asked. He is preceded in death by his parents Art and Mirdza Berzins, son Erik Berzins and daughter Anita Anselmo.Survived by wife Pat, son Carl Berzins and 3 grandchildren Jaymie Anselmo Jared Anselmo and Ryan Berzins. A gathering in his memory will be planned at a later date.
