Survived by wife Evelyn of 52 years, 6 children Steven Barrow, Lynette (Dave) Born, Patrick (Beverly) Barrow, Keith Barrow, Melanie (Tim) Hardy, Christina (Rich) White, 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, brothers Duane Barrow, Ralph Barrow Jr. sisters Alice Smith, Phyllis Barrow.

Preceded by parents Ralph & Agnes Barrow, sister Lila McCue, daughter-in-law Edna Barrow.

Richard was born in Effie, MN, he worked for Itasca County Road & Bridge for 29 years. He enjoyed his retirement working on his farm.
