Claudette Mattfield

Claudette was born May 11, 1936 in Kannapolis, NC she was the Daughter of the late Hoke Shirley & Kelsie (Pitts) Shirley. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Deer River, where she taught Sunday school and was a member of the Alter Guild in her earlier years. She is Survived by husband of 63 years Robert Mattfield, daughter Robyn and son Tim, two brothers RN (Susan) Shirley & Star Shirley. Claudette was preceded by, an infant daughter, her parents, three sisters Barbara, Ann & Terri. She was a great mom, my best friend and a great wife, we loved her and so did everyone that knew her.
